The home’s main floor has a large living/dining area overlooking the lake with fireplace and porches; a master suite with queen bed, full bath, private lake front porch; large kitchen with dishwasher; full bath with Jacuzzi; laundry room with washer/dryer, sink. The second floor has a large suite with queen bed, full bath/ claw foot tub, sitting/living room with a day bed (two twin beds), and porch overlooking the lake. Also, there is a bedroom with a full bed; and a full bath with a shower. All areas are tastefully decorated, while cleanliness is exemplary. The home is fully furnished.

Complementing this lovely home are gardens with bird feeders/houses, fountain, fire pit for bon fires, gas grill for outdoor cooking, lawn swing, ample off street parking on paved road- -great for walking/biking.

Kristin Place’s proximity to I-75, and M-68 enables vacationers to visit or shop in quaint, beautiful harbor towns: Petoskey, Harbor Springs on Lake Michigan; Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Island, and Rogers City on Lake Huron----within 30 minutes drive. For day boating trips, explore Michigan’s beautiful Inland Waterway which is comprised of four lakes and rivers- all flowing into Lake Huron via the Cheboygan River.

Visitors and residents alike are drawn to Indian River for many reasons...  like to see the Cross In The Woods, the world's largest crucifix.  Families take pleasure in camping and strolling the sandy beaches at Burt Lake State Park and DeVoe Beach just blocks from downtown.  Go elk viewing in the nearby Pigeon River Country State Forest which is home to the largest free roaming elk herd east of the Mississippi.  Have fun boating and fishing on Burt and Mullett Lakes and Sturgeon and Pigeon Rivers ... or simply relax at Cooperation Park and enjoy the afternoon with your family at Project Playground.
